If you already have a preferred contractor, we'll work directly with them throughout the design and planning process. For DIY projects, our team can help determine whether self-installation is a good fit.

Finalize Your Purchase
Once your design and installation plan are approved, you may purchase the structure directly from Infinity Rack or through your contractor, depending on the approach that best fits your project and financial situation.
Engineering
After receipt of the initial deposit, our engineering team will prepare project-specific stamped plans. Most engineering packages are completed within 2–3 weeks.
Production
Production begins once engineering is approved and a material deposit is received. Typical lead times are 8-10 weeks for Aluminum Structures and 12-14 weeks for Steel Cantilever Structures.
Lead times may vary based on project size, complexity, and customizations.
Delivery
The Infinity Rack team will coordinate delivery directly with you or your contractor to ensure materials arrive at the appropriate location and are ready for installation.
Installation & Support
While Infinity Rack does not provide installation services, we work closely with property owners and contractors throughout the build process. Every purchase includes complimentary ongoing virtual support, with optional on-site technician services available for additional assistance.
