Training & Onboarding
Every first purchase includes a complimentary virtual pre-construction meeting and ongoing installation support. Optional on-site technician services are also available.
Design & Budget the Project
Work with the Infinity Rack team to develop preliminary layouts, pricing, and project-specific recommendations for your customers.
Engineering & Permitting
Once the project moves forward with an initial deposit, Infinity Rack coordinates project-specific engineering and stamped plans to support permitting and construction. While we are not involved in the permitting process, we are here to answer questions and help you navigate obstacles along the way.
Order Materials
Approve final project documents and place your order. Contractors may purchase directly from Infinity Rack or through an approved distributor where available. For added flexibility, customers may purchase the structure directly from Infinity Rack while your company retains the installation contract, allowing both parties to structure the project in a way that best fits their financial objectives and cash flow requirements.
Production begins once engineering is approved and a material deposit is received. Typical lead times are 8-10 weeks for Aluminum Structures and 12-14 weeks for Steel Cantilever Structures.
Lead times may vary based on project size, complexity, and customizations.
Delivery & Logistics
The Infinity Rack team coordinates shipment to your warehouse, job site, or designated delivery location and provides guidance for unloading and material handling requirements. We will provide delivery requirements and ensure that the truck delivering is compatible with your drop off location.

Our team remains available throughout the installation process with virtual support and optional field services to ensure a smooth and successful build.
