Are your roofs watertight?
Are your roofs watertight?
Yes, our roofing system is the only mechanically watertight canopy in the market and does not allow any water to penetrate the roof plane. EPDM gaskets slide into our Top Cap which is bolted down creating a strong connection that can withstand up to 195mph. Alternative solutions on the market use raised purlins which can cause water to pool and cause damage or seam tape which degrades over time
How does Infinity Rack conceal wiring and conduit?
How does Infinity Rack conceal wiring and conduit?
The Frame Beam is a two-part structural system featuring dedicated AC and DC chaseways, allowing wiring to run from the solar modules to the inverter while remaining fully concealed within the headers and posts. This eliminates exposed conduit, maintains a clean architectural appearance, and helps protect the electrical system from long-term environmental exposure and prevents high-voltage hazards.

Do you offer installation services?
No, Infinity Rack is not a licensed contractor in any state. However, we do offer installation training services, where a technician can be available on-site to guide you or your contractor through the structure assembly process. In addition, every first purchase includes a complimentary pre-construction meeting, where a technician will virtually walk your team through the installation process and provide ongoing remote support throughout the build. If you are a property owner, Infinity Rack can also help connect you with a contractor for your project.
As a homeowner, can I install an Infinity Rack myself?
As a homeowner, can I install an Infinity Rack myself?
If you are experienced in construction you can absolutely install an Aluminum Infinity Rack structure yourself. However, you must comply with local permitting regulations and building and electrical permits are generally required to legally build the system. We do not recommend attempting to install a steel cantilever structure as a DIY project unless you are an experienced contractor.
Can I mount accessories such as EV chargers or TVs on an Infinity Rack?

Yes, our frame and roof beams include standard T-bolt slots that can be easily used to mount TVs, EV chargers, lighting, dropdown screens, chairs, and other accessories.
Do I need heavy equipment to install your products?
Do I need heavy equipment to install your products?
Infinity Rack aluminum structures do not require heavy machinery for installation. However, we do recommend using a forklift to unload materials upon delivery. Steel cantilever structures typically require a boom lift or crane for steel erection, along with a digger derrick, auger-equipped excavator, or mini excavator depending on the foundation design and site conditions.
How long does installation take?
How long does installation take?
The installation timelines naturally depend on the size of the structure. However, most of our standard aluminum structures can be installed in 2-5 days (after concrete footers are cured). Steel cantilever structures of a similar size take 3-6 days. An Infinity Rack team member can assist you with timelines for your specific project.
