All wiring is fully encapsulated within our beams, with separate AC and DC chaseways and integrated conduit pathways in the post bases for routing wiring or gas lines directly into the structure.

Dotless LED light strips integrate perfectly into T-bolt slots of our frame and roof beams add accent lighting to carports and pergolas

Customizable

Easily hang accessories such as chairs, TVs, EV chargers and more using M10 T-bolts on our frame or roof beams.

Color Options

2604 powder coating provides a long-lasting, UV-resistant, highly durable finish. Standard colors include black, white, and beige, with custom finishes available including wood grain, marble, and more.

Product FAQs

What's Included

Includes everything required to build the pergola or carport structure including all steel columns, aluminum roof beams, hardware, post bases, brackets, stamped engineering plan sets, and optionally LED lights strips and bi-facial modules. It does not include inverters, batteries, concrete footers, and other balance of system items.

Modules

While we can design our systems around any framed solar module, we recommend large format (e.g., 590W) bi-facial modules with long leads (1500mm+) and 35mm frames. Modules can be sourced from Infinity Rack or purchased from your distributor of choice.

Installation

Infinity Rack partners with qualified contractors nation-wide to ensure a seamless installation process. While Infinity Rack does not offer installation services, we provide unlimited virtual support as well as the additional option to add an on-site technician to assist with the installation.

Ease of Installation

All major components are fastened together with 3/8” T-Bolts similar to standard rooftop solar racking. Using T-bolts and slots allows for adjustable framing for any module size, column placement requirements and ease of installation. Adjustable post bases further simplify installation by enabling easy alignment. Our cantilever carports feature a welded steel tube extending from the T-top into the column, locking the structure into place prior to bolting for a safer and more efficient installation. This design also allows for fine adjustment during assembly to ensure the T-tops remain level and aligned.

Wiring

Our modular beam and post system features integrated AC and DC chaseways with open post bases for routing conduit directly into the structure, allowing all wiring to remain fully concealed with no exposed conduit.

Durability

Standard configurations can sustain a maximum of 195mph wind speed, and snow loads of up to 100psf. Our structures can handle the highest wind, snow load, and seismic zones nationwide. Our steel is galvanized and then a powder coated or zinc + wet pait combination is applied for a tough, long-lasting finish.

Modular

Our structures are modular, utilizing interchangeable components throughout the system. Aside from height and steel post bases, aluminum pergolas and carports are structurally identical

Structures can be customized to fit your needs with an unlimited structure length and maximum depth of 61 feet (additional structures can be matched up for continuous coverings in an unlimited length).

Warranty

A Limited Warranty applies to framing and solar mounting products manufactured or distributed by Infinity Rack. There is a lifetime structural warranty on all Infinity Rack framing and brackets, 10 year warranty on gaskets and paint, and 6 month warranty on lighting.

Certifications

UL 2703 certifiied. Infinity Rack uses all domestic aluminum and steel which qualifies the structure for the domestic content bonus.
