Sun Beam

This structural beam forms the rafter that supports solar modules when used with the top cap. Optimizers can be mounted to the rail, which is concealed by the wire trough, using module frame mounting brackets. Wire management clips can also be attached to the same rail to keep wires hidden and organized. The SunBeam can span up to 18 feet and cantilever up to 6 feet, requiring only two points of attachment.

EPDM gaskets slide into slots on the Top Cap to create a watertight seal against the solar modules. The Top Cap is then secured to the threaded channel in the SunBeam using 5/16 stainless steel hex bolts, forming a strong connection that can withstand winds up to 195 mph.

H-Gasket

The gasket slides into the Top Cap to create a watertight seal. Additionally, the H-Gasket fits into the SunBeam gasket slots to grip the modules, making placement easier.

The Wire Trough slides into the SunBeam to completely conceal wiring and optimizers, providing a clean look from below.

Frame Beam

The Frame Beam is a two-part structural system with two large chaseways: one for AC wiring and the other for DC home runs from the solar modules to the inverter. All wiring is concealed within the headers and posts assembled using these frame beams, resulting in no exposed conduit. Our 8” x 5¼” assembled beam can span up to 22 feet while supporting our SunBeams, allowing for fewer columns and more open space.

The U-Bracket connects the SunBeam to the Frame Beam. It features a built-in opening large enough to accommodate ¾” conduit, if needed, or to allow wiring to pass under the SunBeams along the top of the Frame Beam header.

L-Bracket

L Brackets mount the Frame Beam corner columns to the Frame Beam header.

The Frame T is used to mount the Frame Beam columns to the Frame Beam headers at their intersection. We offer two versions: one for areas without an NS brace and another with a cutout to accommodate the NS brace.

Post Base

Our unique post bases feature openings for two 1” PVC conduits at the bottom of the Frame Beam columns. One conduit is for DC wiring from the array to the inverter, and the other is for AC power to the SunLounge, accommodating lighting, fans, and outlets. The bolt slots and sleeve-style design provide adjustability to ensure the columns align and are level.

North/South Frame Beam braces that lock the structure to help it withstand strong winds.

LED Light Strips

Enhance your SunLounge with custom LED lighting. Our integrated dotless LED light strips fit into the T-Bolt slots of the Frame Beam and SunBeam, providing accent lighting for the SunLounge. Choose from standard warm or cool white, or select from a variety of colors and pattern combinations to truly bring the space to life at night.

Infinity Rack structures are designed for bifacial solar modules, which have the ability to produce additional power from reflected light below and allow for filtered sunlight to shine through the roof to the patio below. The brighter the floor of your patio, the more power you will produce from your space.

2604 Powder Coating

Our beams and brackets are all powder coated with 2604 powder which is the strongest and longest lasting UV protected gloss powder coating available. This means your SunLounge will look beautiful well into the future.
